Hi, I'm 56 and married to the most wonderful man in the world.  Unfortunately we can't be together right now for personal reasons but we will be soon :).

I work from home in the IT industry. I have a lot of good friends who are a great support to me.  I joined this site because one of those friends is a member and she seems to be enjoying it so I thought "why not"? 

I have two grown sons both of whom still live at home, 2 dogs and a lovely 100 year old house which I adore.

I love reading, watching DVD's (English dramas and comedies - I'm a Monty Python fan like most IT people I know), walking with my dogs, writing to my beautiful husband and getting letters in return, and seeing friends. I travel quite a bit around Australia as part of my work.

I've put up a picture of a strezlitzia (don't know if that's how its spelt) growing in my garden because it reminds me of me... unusual, interesting and a bit spikey and hard to handle, nice to have one around but you wouldn't want too many as they tend to dominate the garden a bit LOL.

Oh and I'm a Capricorn :)
